Deloia House is a single-story residence composed of three distinct volumes connected by glazed hallways. The house features large windows and geometric skylights that bring natural light and ventilation into the interior spaces. Two courtyards were created between the enclosed areas, offering distinctive microclimates that allow for outdoor use in various weather conditions. Clad in black and white painted wood planks, the house combines functional design with integration into the natural environment, taking advantage of views of Lake Superior.
