This level is pretty cool, designed superbly with lots of interconnectivity. It can be a bit of a pain though if you don't understand the item placement, or the underground cavern part (which this level is named after).

KEYS:
3:48 - Skull Key (used at 4:53, can be used at 4:09 & 4:44)
7:09 - Eye Key (used at 08:10)

SECRETS:
0:22 - Secret 1 (the wall directly between the torches, 6 panels down each.)
1:18 - Secret 2 (also at 0:16)
3:13 - Secret 2.5 (doesn't count as a secret, but it's hidden)
4:54 - Secret 3 (Press the thing in the middle)
6:36 - Secret 4 (Walk over the life seed to trigger the pillar to open, then stand in there until it turns with you inside to get the deathmask.)
7:36 - Secret 5 (Press the switch to reveal.)
7:41 - Secret 6 (destroy the wall and press the switch inside. Then go in the hole that used to be the painting at 7:56. Going in here is what triggers the secret.)

EASTER EGGS/REFERENCES:
05:05 - Not exclusive to this level, but this is a reference to Porky Pig. Happens every now and then when you destroy things or people with the dynamite.
