Lo Wu Station is the 12th to start installing APGs, and it is among the most difficult stations to install APGs due to its curve. The first set of platform gates at Platform 2 were installed in late August. It was then fully operational by late November. University, Kowloon Tong and Mong Kong East Stations are installing platform gates at the time of uploading. All stations of the East Rail Line will be installed with platform gates before the end of 2025.
