During this webinar, Dr. Michael Link and Dr. Matthew Carlson from Mayo Clinic will discuss hearing rehabilitation options available to acoustic neuroma patients who are treated with surgery or radiation. Cochlear implants are a newer option and we will talk about how the landscape has changed, misconceptions, scenarios and anticipated outcomes. We will also discuss conventional hearing aids, auditory brainstem implants and surgical and nonsurgical cross technologies (CROS, BiCROS, BAHA, Osea, Bonebridge etc) as well as how follow-up MRIs are affected by CI and ABI placement.
