Designed by Foster + Partners, Apple Marina Bay Sands Singapore, the store that "floats" on water, will open its doors to the public on 10th September 2020. This video features the final exterior design of the store as seen in various viewing spots in Marina Bay, from MBS Promenade to Merlion Park.

In the previous video, I shared the first look of Apple Marina Bay Sands.
Well, it’s a wrap! Turns out that there is a bigger surprise waiting for us. On the 8th of September, Apple unwrapped its store at Marina Bay Sands. An all-glass dome structure was revealed, offering a 360 degree view of Marina Bay. Apple designed the store in collaboration with Foster + Partners. Conceptualization began as early as 2013 and the building was completed in early 2020. The spherical design was partly inspired by the Pantheon, a former Roman temple. The structure comprises of 114 pieces of glass, supported by 10 mullions vertically. This will be Apple’s third outlet in Singapore, with an area of 17,000 square feet. The other two stores are at Orchard Road and Jewel Changi Airport. It is also Apple’s very first store in the world to be sitting on the water. The dome can be seen from MBS Promenade, The Promontory and even Merlion Park.The store is located at 2 Bayfront Avenue, looking forward to the grand opening!
