Easy step-by-step instructions for Huichol Large Flowers Earrings. How to make beaded earrings?

List of materials:
1) 11/0 or 10/0 seed beads in 7 colors - yellow, orange, dark red, blue, chameleon, white and black
2) еarring findings
3) thread of your choice - I use Monofilament 0.006in=0.15mm
4) size 10 beading needle
5) scissors
6) flat nose pliers (not obligatory)
