The farmers' protests against the three agricultural laws has created ripples all over India. While the scale of the protests are not as big in Tamil Nadu, farmers here are intensifying their protest against the laws and are critical of the Modi-led BJP government for its pro-corporate policies. As such the state has witnessed several protests in the last couple of days by the opposition parties, kisan unions and trade unions.
