Here are the main differences in a nutshell:

The H-Series mini dome (NSC-254GWS-DM) has Wi-Fi functionality, meaning you can connect this to your network using Wi-Fi. It has superb video with high 4MP resolution and high 30fps frame rate. Enjoy beautiful imagery day or night with the enhanced EXIR infrared design. (Update: This model has been discontinued!)

The Uniview mini dome (IPC314SR-DVPF28) is not capable of Wi-Fi connectivity. It boasts a simpler design but more powerful specs. It has a lower frame rate of 20fps (or 25fps at 1440p) but it also has more features. Like you might expect with Uniview, this camera does have a few more bells and whistles, such as the full array of Uniview intelligent events.
