Day Hiking in Colorado: The Arapaho National Forest

I visited Colorado this August of 2019 and hiked the Cascade Creek Trail past Monarch Lake, Crater Lake, and Mirror Lake in the Arapaho National Forest. The hike took us around 7 hours to complete. The area is absolutely beautiful and this trail is heavily trafficked, so I suggest getting there early for parking! Also, make sure to bring some bug spray, the mosquitos were hungry!
