Redefining industrial safety model-smart helmet
The smart helmet was developed using high-precision indoor and outdoor positioning technology. It can locate the position of the worker in real-time, track the trajectory of the person, also set up an electronic fence in the background to demarcate the dangerous area, and protect the safety of personnel in various directions which combined with near-electric sensors.
Product Functions:
1. Set up an electronic danger zone
It can set virtual electronic danger zone on the map, and people will be alerted when they enter or exit the danger zone; the time limit for identity entry and area stay can be set according to requirements. Unauthorized persons entering the area and staying in the area for overtime will be issued Alarm information.
2. Emergency intrusion alarm function
The charged intensity sensor inside the smart helmet can identify the high-voltage electric field. Because different voltage levels correspond to different safety distances, the electric field intensity alarm threshold can be set to remind personnel to pay attention to safety when approaching charged objects.
3. Remote collaboration and diagnostic functions
The background personnel of the central station can send voice to the front end through the microphone to complete the voice interactive remote guidance function. Besides, the on-site video can be viewed through the smart helmet wireless video module, audio and video communication, remote supervision; also, guidance operations can be conducted with on-site operators.
4. Wireless charging function
The smart helmet can achieve wireless charging as long as it put in the corresponding wireless charging box.
5. Archive track query function
On the background master station system, staff can query the historical track of the selected person in the selected period. The historical track saving time can be set to facilitate the analysis of abnormal historical tracks.
6. System lighting function
In a dark environment, by turning on the LED fill light mounted on the smart helmet, staff can work without holding a flashlight, thus freeing their hands and reducing the workload on the scene.
