We headed to Japan to see if Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Packages lived up to the hype. This is day 1 of the 2 night, 3 day vacation package we booked to get the most our of our stay.

Vacation Package Info: We chose the Fantasy Springs 2 night 3 day Package and chose the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel (Room tour at the end) as our hotel.
With the vacation package you get a lot of perks but it comes at a pretty high price point. You do get to customize your experience a lot based on availability so i advise booking roughly as early as possible.Tokyo Disney vacation packages are typically bookable up to 6 months in advance on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website. They are released in roughly month-long blocks, so you'll want to keep an eye on the announcement on the website to see when new packages are available for your desired travel dates.

If you are booking a vacation package we recommend only do 1 or 2 meal reservations per day. It will ask you to make 3 but you can opt out of any or all of the meals if you want to just snack around the parks or try the quick service offerings. There is so much fun and cute food to try so having 3 meal reservations per day was a lot and made it hard to eat more outside of those meal times. we were stuffed all the time and missed parts of the parades because of our meal times.

So far we have enjoyed day one of the vacation package but we will see if by the end of the 3rd day we think its worth it. So far the highlights have been the room, the fast passes, and the drink package. Tomorrow we head to Tokyo DisneySea and their newest area Fantasy Springs!
