In this episode, we travel in our converted Ford transit campervan, with our dog, to Glenrowan, Victoria, Australia.

Glenrowan was named after farmers James and George Rowan who ran farms in the area between 1846 and 1858. The township was settled in the late 1860s. The township of Glenrowan may be most famous as the site of the final siege and capture of Ned Kelly and his gang in 1880. Their story is preserved in the township’s attractions, museums, and historic walk.

The Ned Kelly Museum offers visitors a window into the past. The Museum displays genuine artifacts, articles and original photos from the Kelly era of the early 1840s to the early 1940s. There is an exact replica of the Kelly's Homestead. The museum also has some friendly cheeky talking cockatoo's. They have a Blacksmith workshop running displays during the cooler months and there is a giftshop. Recently a new mural has been painted on the side of the museum that tells the Ned Kelly Last Stand story.
