What’s up everyone?! Today is Day 5 of Las Vegas and this was an EXHAUSTING ONE
Starting the day bright and early at 4AM (yep), we took a bus tour to visit one of the 7 wonders of the world (the Grand Canyon) and explored the west side with stops at Eagle point, Guano point, and the Hoover Dam. Nearing the Colorado river, the canyon averages over 4000 feet deep and stretches 18 miles! And although in custody of the government, the Grand Canyon is truly recognized as Native American reserves and land. In the Grand Canyon west specifically (where we explored), it is owned by the Hulapai tribe; with people still living in the area today.

The temperature was literally BOILING OUTSIDE (113 degrees Fahrenheit), it was absolutely incredible to me and Im surprised that my phone didn’t overheat (lol)

This tour took pretty much the whole day, but I still had energy to go ride the big apple roller coaster in the New York before completley crashing at the hotel. It crazy how time went by so fast, it makes me so sad that this was last full day :( but I still had so much fun!
