It's been awhile since I've seen racing as awesome as what I saw last Sunday at Salem Speedway. Headliners include the Diesel Boys Great American Stocks, the Pro Crafters Salem Super Cars and the Crown Vics performing on the high-banks. Interviews include Will Kimmel, Salem Track Master Chuck Barnes, Sr and Chuck, Jr., 4-time track champion Brian Bayer, ARCA veteran Joe Cooksey and a host of other stars from Salem. A nasty practice crash right out of the gate set things back for defending track champion Heath Helton, Michael Sharp and Marcus Elliott; but the racing from there was off-the-charts amazing!
