Add Startup and Shutdown sound on Windows 10/11

Finally i was able to make this video.I usually wanted to wait for 24h2 update for my laptop but i dont have time so here it is for 23h2.It also should work for windows 10 because the steps are identical.

Script: (copy it)

powershell.exe -c (New-Object System.Media.SoundPlayer ‘C:\Windows\Media\ShutdownSound.wav’).PlaySync();

**Notice:Doing these wont cause any harm to your system but will take some time to startup as i turned off "fast startup" otherwise, no change on performance.(I have been using it like this for 5 months)
