Rep. McCaul says decision on Ukraine aid vote is a "speaker determination"

Rep. Michael McCaul, the House Foreign Affairs Committee chair, tells "Face the Nation" that he has a "commitment " that a vote on Ukraine aid will come to the House floor, and his "preference" is that it will be this week. But, ultimately, "that is a speaker determination," referring to House Speaker Mike Johnson.
