Who has the strongest up tilt? -Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Hello, I'm Terry DJ! This video shows the earliest percent each character can KO with up tilt.

Olimar doesn't use any Pikmin for tilt attack.
Robin doesn't use Levin sword for tilt attack.
Some characters like Pac-Man or Meta Knight either can't hit characters in front of them at all, or has sweetspot hit that only works if character is above them. I decided to make custom stage for this.
Custom stage I made with position where Mario stood at is same as if he was standing on Final Destination, so thus KO percent is same.
Rosalina and Luma seems to not hit one same character at same time, so I decided to use Luma only.
Solo Ice Climber sometimes KOs earlier than Ice Climbers.
Staleness was on(off for Lucario's Max and Base Aura).
Shulk’s Monado Arts, Wii Fit Trainer’s Deep Breath, Incineroar’s Revenge, Lucario’s Max & No Aura, Joker without Arsene, Ice Climbers, and Rosalina has no numbers, just percent only. Excluded from the list.
