After a soulful stay in Haridwar, our self-driven Himalayan adventure continues! In Episode 3 of our travel series - The Road to the Unknown | उत्तराखंड की अनदेखी राहें, we begin our ascent from the plains to the sacred highlands of Uttarakhand — driving from Haridwar to Badrinath Dham .

Witness the transformation from the plains to the high Himalayas as we trace the legendary Panch Prayag route along the Alaknanda River, capturing the raw beauty of the mountain roads, local life, and breathtaking valleys.

We had chosen GMVN Hotel Devlok at Badrinath for our night stay. It is arguably one of the best properties in Badrinath – less than 500 meters walking distance from Badrinath Temple with a huge parking and sprawling complex.
