Purple Haze Ukulele Tutorial Jimi Hendrix

In this LIVE ukulele tutorial I will show you how to play the classic "Purple Haze" by Jimi Hendrix. www.ukelikethepros.com

This is part of the 10 Classic Rock Licks for Ukulele series that I did and this one is #10. Why #10? Because this one ain't for the beginner. Although I think everyone should try it, don't feel frustrated if some of the parts take some time to learn.

There are a number of cool things that Hendrix does for this song including: Octaves, Single Note Riffs, Vibrato, Slides, Bends, Contemporary Strum Patterns, and Hip Chords (Including the E7#9 chord which is referred to as the "Hendrix Chord.")
