In this video, we get into some real beef, using scrape box with the yellow pages plug-in to extract website URL by specific business type. Then we show how to take those URLs from the Excel and get them loaded into box so that we can take advantage of the extractor, which allows us to get the contact page URL we cover the various cleaning processes to remove duplicates and ultimately load the final list into website contact just to do a check. The check allows us to verify that the forms are compatible without having to go through the strenuous process of trying to submit and resources with proxies. By doing a check Prior to running a final list for campaign proxies are not required and a VPN is just fine since we’re just requesting the page directly and we’re not doing enough to be blocked. This is the video that will really start you on the path to learning how to make your own lists, but as I say in the video, it’s important to understand. It’s going to take a lot more time for scraping as it is a very involved process and not always do things go optimally in terms of getting sufficient output. This is why I started with the yellow pages plug-in, which is very reliable and the resources that it has however, this is also an overly exploited resource. So you’ll learn a good amount with this video but the next video where we start getting into doing some real world scraping, is gonna take things to the next level.
