The मम्मी Returns – my third stand-up comedy video – dives into the chaos of parenting, the never-ending loop of becoming Mummies and Papas, and how no one really prepares us for it! Why do Mummies end up with all the tough jobs while the Papis, I mean Papas, walk away with the brownie points? I’ve poured my heart (with a dash of rant 😊) into this set – a raw, funny take on motherhood, fatherhood, and the madness in between.

Raw, real, and painfully funny – if you’ve survived parenthood, this one’s for you!

The video was shot on April 26th at the Upper Deck Comedy Club in Noida, where I was performing my solo for a fantastic and super energetic audience, and I am so grateful to them.

Last, but never the least, a big shout out and an even bigger thank you to mere bache and unke dear RIP (Royal Indian Papa) for their never ending criticism, I mean appreciation 😄that keeps me on my toes and keeps me motivated to keep doing what I am doing for myself (because what I am doing for them is somehow never enough ..so chado paran😄)

I am also a watercolour artist and model by profession. Married to an Army officer for the last 22 years and a mother of 2 daughters and a dog, no one listens to me at home anymore, so I decided to find strangers who might lend me an ear and maybe even laugh at my jokes. It may also be the side effect of my mid-life crisis peri - menopausal moments.
