The judge made clear this case will proceed to jury trial on March 25, 2025, unless it resolves beforehand by plea or dismissal.

The judge extended the deadline for all discovery, witness lists, and motions by one week but set a firm cutoff for negotiations: no agreements will be accepted beyond today. The case will either go to trial or resolve via plea, with no further delays tolerated.

Bond conditions remain the same, with cash and terms transferred from the dismissed cases to cover the felony bail jump case. The judge emphasized efficiency, accountability, and public interest in moving forward.
