Kadayif is one of the most deliciuos dessert I've ever tried! Cold Milke Kadayif is also a perfect choice for your table.

Ingredients:
500 grams of shredded kadayif (thin noodles)
150 grams of butter
1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)

For the Milk Syrup:

2 cups of milk
2 cups of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla (10 gr)

Instructions:
Prepare the Milk Syrup:

Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the sugar and stir. Bring it to a boil, allowing the sugar to dissolve completely. Once it starts boiling, add the vanilla sugar. Let it boil for a few more minutes, then remove it from the heat. Let the syrup cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Kadayif:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Use your hands to loosen the shredded kadayif. Pour the melted butter over the kadayif and mix well to coat all the strands evenly.
If you're using walnuts, add them to the kadayif and mix.

Bake the Kadayif:

Place the prepared kadayif into a baking dish or tray, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the kadayif turns golden brown and crispy on top.

Add the Milk Syrup:

Once the kadayif is baked and golden, remove it from the oven and immediately pour the cooled milk syrup over the kadayif. The syrup will soak into the hot kadayif, making it soft and flavorful.
Let it Rest:

Allow the kadayif to absorb the syrup and cool down for a few hours, ideally 4-5 hours, before serving.
Serve:

Once it has completely soaked up the syrup and cooled, cut it into portions and serve chilled.
