This is a video to show you how to mine for copper, cobalt, parafinium and more more easily. This is automated mining!!! Note that this is an older video - the menu for building is slightly different, but the logic works.

No more wasting your terrain manipulator!

Find a mineral deposit and you can build up to 5 automated mining machines on them. Each mines 250 units of the mineral. So you can get 1,250 from each charge of the machines.

This doesn't destroy the deposit like the terrain manipulator does, so you can keep mining and mining and mining.

These are autonomous mining units that help you get the gear you need easily and quickly and in bulk. Use them as mineral extractors and harvesters.
