A new version of Everything Presence sensor is here - Lite. Smaller but packed sensor that allows easy exchange of mmWave boards to one that you think will work best for you.

Also, as ESPHome project, it comes with Bluetooth proxy, Lux sensor and Zones - to further enhance presence detection in your Smart Home:
