For this reason, a lot of people want to use Forge and Optifine together in Minecraft 1.19.3. Luckily, if that is you, we show you exactly how to install Optifine with Forge 1.19.3. From how to download Forge to how to get Optifine 1.19.3 installed with Forge, this video covers it all, so let’s jump right on into it!

First things first, you will need to download Optifine 1.19.3. You can find a link to download in the description above. That is actually our Optifine 1.19.3 guide. Here, just click the yellow Download Optifine button. This will take you to the Optifine download page. On this page, find the Minecraft 1.19.3 version and make a note of the Forge version next to it. This will be used later. Click Mirror on this version and then click the Download button on the next page to start downloading 1.19.3 Optifine.

With Optifine downloaded, you will need to download and install Forge 1.19.3. Luckily, we have a complete guide on how to get Forge in the description above. It covers everything from where to download Forge to how to get Forge 1.19.3 up and running to install mods like Optifine.

Once you are in our website, click the download Forge button. That will take you to Forge’s official website. Make sure that 1.19.3 is selected in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click the “Show All Versions” button at the bottom of the page. Find the version of Forge that you is needed for Optifine. Click the ‘Installer’ button next to this version. That will take you to AdFocus where you need to wait 10 seconds click the ‘Skip’ button in the top right. Forge will then start downloading.

With Forge downloaded, installing it is as easy and double-clicking the Installer button. That will open Forge Installer. If it doesn’t, you need Java from the description above.

In the installer, click Install client and click Okay. Minecraft 1.19.3 Forge will install. Click Okay to close the Installer.

Now, press the Windows Key and R at the same time. This will open up the Run app. Type %appdata% and hit enter to open your roaming folder. Open the .minecraft folder, and you should have a mods folder. If you don’t, create one. Finally, drag and drop the Optifine 1.19.3 file you downloaded into this mods folder.

Finally, open up Minecraft with Forge 1.19.3, and Optifine will be installed. Go to Options, Videos Settings to see all of its features.
