Usually, there is a lot of airline traffic to and from Vienna. Therefore it is hard to get a permit to land. But in June 2020, shortly after the first COVID lockdown, there was almost no airline traffic. So we used this opportunity for a short hop from Vöslau (LOAV) to Vienna (LOWW). In a light aircraft, you feel very small at an airport of this size. Everything is huge in comparison to your normal airfield environment. We also were the smallest aircraft on the ramp. But all went very smoothly and it was a great experience.
