Again a beautiful brewday! First use of the sparge arm. Happy HBW everyone :-)

**Recipe for the Autumn Amber Ale**

Recipe for 25 liters:

Grains:

4667 grams of 2 row pils malt 3 EBC
74 grams of Special B 350 BEC
268 grams of Carapils 5 EBC
24 grams of roasted barley 1000 EBC

Hops:

38 grams Hallertau Hersbrucker 5.1% AAC (whole cone's) 60 min boil
38 grams Fuggle (USA) 6.3% AAC (whole cone'S) 2 min boil

Yeast:

1 sachet of Safale S-05 (11,5 grams)

Additives (for clearing)
15 gram Irish moss 15 min left in boil

OG 1045
FG 1010 (or somthing)

This beer should be around 4,7 % alc. ABV

Mash:

Strike/mash water: 20,53 Liters / mash @ 67°C for at least 60 min
Sparge water : 11.33 Liters / sparging @ 78°C

Boil: 60 min

fermenting @ 20°C till the FG 1010 mark (more or less) between 7 and 14 days.
