#MakraPeak | Makra peak top | Mountain peakd in Pakistan.
After two hours horse riding from payetop to #makra_peak base camp, the horses left us and we then started #makra_peak_hiking. View of the base camp was awesome from height and it remained visible almost during 80% of the 3 hrs trekking journey, before we disappeared into the mountains leading to #makrapeak.
Trek to the peak is of high difficulty with rocks and snow glaciers on the way. Beating the heat of scorching summer in the month of June at height of 12750 ft amid snow glaciers was a memorable experience. There is no water on the way so keep water bottles with you if you intend to hike this giant mountain, else quench your thirst with snow balls.
After two hrs of trekking, we were not able to even walk due to tiresome but when I thought that I would never be able to come here again then I continued to the top. One mountain after the other and so on, tested our patience to our limits but thank God that we didn't lose it and we got close to the peak, I felt like I got energy of activation and started brisk climbing on a 60 degrees slope. This was the passion to summit my first ever mountain, the Makra mountain.
There was straight path throughout the trek but a steep 3 hrs hiking. Further, the level of excitement I was having during the trekking and after the summit, can be seen in the video.
