"After the defeat of the Triad and Christy.Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) has a premonition of Zankou returning from the wasteland.Billie (Kaley Cuoco) moves to New York to grieve over the loss of her family and moves out of the sisters' lives for good.After an Elder finds out about Phoebe's premonition she tells them that they need to bring their older sister,Prue (Shannen Doherty) back in order to vanquish Zankou again.Because Zankou has gotten more powerful not enough for the Power of Three to even vanquish so they need the Power of Four."
