Morning News Update For November 17th, 2019

Amid outcries over violence, thuggery, and vote-buying which marred the electoral exercise in Kogi and Bayelsa States, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), says reports from accredited observers and electoral officials in the field indicate that most voters who were willing to vote had the opportunity to do so.

The commission said this in a communique by its national commissioner, Mr. Festus Okoye.
