Chicken Popcorn is a delicious and crunchy snack. Here's a simple recipe for making it:

Ingredients:

½ kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tbsp curd
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp corn-starch
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:
1. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and curd over the chicken; make sure all pieces are coated.
3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to an hour (you can also marinate it overnight for more flavour).

Coat the Chicken:
1.In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, corn-starch and salt.
2.Take each marinated chicken piece and coat it thoroughly in the flour mixture. Strain the excess flour from Chicken pieces.
3. In a separate bowl, take some ice water and dip the chicken pieces for 10 sec. Now again add the chicken pieces into the flour mixture and press the coating to ensure it sticks well.

Fry the Chicken:
1. Heat oil in a deep heavy-bottomed pan for frying.
2. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, a few at a time.
3. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve the chicken popcorn hot with your favourite dipping sauces. Drizzle peri peri masala for extra flavour.
5. Enjoy your homemade chicken popcorn as a tasty snack!!
