Through SEC Filings Diamond Peak Holdings DPHC and Lordstown Motors will do a special meeting to vote on the reverse SPAC merger between the two companies. The new ticker symbol will by RIDE once approved it will be listed on the NASDAQ in the NYSE. The meeting will take place on October 22, 2020 and most likely will be changed the following day. DiamondPeak will be holding a special stockholders' meeting on Oct. 22 to approve the proposed business combination with Lordstown Motors Corp. A powerful step toward our future.
