This video starts by showing the example running using a Rslogx 5000 SFC so that you see the math loop in full view then I make a new sequential function chart to give you a live example of writing the logic code.

I start the new SFC with a simple template and adding the step elements then use the step for the transition by using the step done bit and have the step be controlled by its' own internal timer as well.

Then I make a new tag in the SFC by adding an action to the step and name the new tag "Value".

Controlling the value tag with IF, Then, Else controls in each step action to have the value equal to then do this then use the transition below the step to verify the action happened properly.

I also add a new JSR for the SFC we added in the video to tie the SFC to the program and the program is naturally tied to the task level so all is communicating and functioning properly by scanning.

This example uses set value along with multiple and divide and showing the results in the watch feature. Also showing the same thing in the tag monitor section of the program and have two screens open to easily see the process working.
