Sup guys, DaMarioMemer here with another AI Patch, the first one on my new roster. So I'm aware I said live that my next AI Patch will take a bit... But I changed my mind I love working on AI Patches. Anyways this AI Patch is for an OC by Matsuri Atono, while she did originally come with AI it was very weak, losing to MKT chars and didn't really showcase her potential too well. So I decided to patch her to showcase her kit a bit better. Annette is an install based character, being able to significantly boost the strength of her specials. The install itself is not too long to the point where there are setups to get it safely but not spammable. Without it her specials are still quite good however her normals leave a lot to be desired in terms of speed and guard safety. Her Hypers are also very solid even having a level 3 that allows her to use her juiced up special moves for a good amount of time. I made her AI go from quite aggressive to holding back a bit sometimes, her lack of safety really hurts her a lot so if she's gonna be unsafe on lights she'll do some risky stuff like random sweeps. I included a BUNCH of settings to control her combo game as well as settings for how often she'll go for install setups. This also comes with the full character because even with wayback machine, the download links on Matsuri's site don't work.

Various settings for the rate of which she uses install setups depending on how many she has.
Rate of DP in combos.

Pros:
Pretty good combo game all around.
Her Install animation is perfectly balanced, as stated it's fast enough to have setups to get it safely but slow enough to not be spammable. What she gets out of it is really good too.
DPs are great, you know what I think about DPs. They do a lot of her heavy lifting here.
Her Max Install is instant.
Cons:
Normal attacks leave a lot to be desired, her standing light kick does a lot for her and her sweep has far range and more of a button to sometimes use as a mix-up or a punish.
Has no way of breaking air-guard
Projectile is horrible but I made her use it anyway.
