This 100% factory cargo camera includes an embedded camera and LED lights for enhanced visibility while driving and loading cargo in the bed of your truck. Designed to be plug-and-play, installation is straightforward and requires routing the wiring behind the radio and temporarily installing our security gateway module bypass for programming using the OBD Genie programmer.

Follow our step-by-step guide to easily install the factory cargo camera in your Ram Heavy Duty truck. Begin by lowering the headliner slightly to access the wiring route behind the radio. Remove the existing third brake light, connect the cargo camera wiring, and route it behind the headliner, down the quarter panel, and to the radio cavity. Connect the wiring to the radio interface, secure the connections, and reassemble the truck's interior components. Finally, use the OBD Genie programmer with the security gateway module bypass to program the vehicle's body control module for the cargo camera feature.
