As a virtual wholesaler, RJ achieved an impressive feat of closing 50 deals in 50 states over 50 days, which he documented on YouTube. His approach involves utilizing Investorlift, a tool that empowers him to conduct deals across the nation by providing a comprehensive buyer list.

RJ's method of comping properties involves focusing on sales in the vicinity, particularly in lower-income areas, rather than solely relying on numerical analysis. He emphasizes the importance of understanding where end buyers are making purchases, emphasizing that "it's all about acquisitions."
