The 1990 BMW M3 Sport Evolution is one of the two final cars for the Year 1 Pass drop, and this car is a banger! It has solid handling, especially with the widebody equipped, and a decent amount of NOS power. The customization is also really good as well. I can't exactly call it "meta" given that it cannot compete with the high top speeds of the RS2 Avant and 911 Carrera RS 2.7, but it's on the same level as the Focus, only sacrificing some of the launch for handling.
