Ingredients:
rice 2 cups (rice cup)
Chinese preserved sausage with liver 2 pcs
Chinese preserved sausage 2pcs
pork rib 400g

for marindate:
Chinese black bean paste 2tsp
soya sauce, minced garlic, oyster sauce, chinese yellow wine, corn starch 1tsp each
sugar 1/4 tsp
pepper a pinch

Rice sauce:
Soya sauce 2tbsp
sugar 2 tsp
Japanese Minrin 2tbsp (or 1tbsp sugar)
