Shreveport’s Lost History! Here’s a video of our recent “walking tour” of downtown Shreveport where we highlight the parking lots where many beautiful old buildings once stood! During our research over the last 5 to 6 years, we have come across so many old photos of beautiful buildings that no longer exist. We want to do our part to help save the ones that remain so we’re trying to show the value of keeping them. You can see exactly what building was at each location and what it would look like today, through our blends, if it were still there. We show several parking lots in this video but, because we didn’t want to make the video too long, there were several more that we were not able to get to.
