Ultimate Mystic Gohan combo video part 2 Crazy legs crazy links

Kinda burnt out on the game so no sparking combos this time. Been sitting on this video for awhile now, and kept trying to foce myself to add and think of some sparking stuff. Just didnt feel like doing them. So just gonna say whatever and upload what I have and move on to other stuff. Of course besides ideas shown in this video refer to the first video. Although honestly saying that, I think I showed a lot of these ideas in the first video. I think perhaps I did so much in that first video a lot was lost on people. Because I mean looking at it now the video got 50k views as it is. So thats decent. But then I see people still posting things like linking after his rapid kick is new or something a lot now. Its like what? Like if anything I tried to show different things with it in the first video. Maybe it was slightly ambigious because you couldnt always see my level so people thought all the links were at a higher level? Who knows.

But besides that one thing I tried to focus on in this video was reseting his chain which was actually also shown in the first video. But decided to do more stuff with it in this video because its kinda fun. Another example of proof that frame data is misleading as obviously none of these combos would be possible if you only looked at frame data instead of using your imagination and problem solving etc. Whats more besides perhaps if you only looked at frame data as being impossible not only that theres actually a trick you can do with the game that allows you to do it for free with basically no timing. And the game will do it for you automatically. But I tried to show some examples of me doing it manually and some of the combos you can again kinda trick the game into letting you do it for free with no timing in other combos. Of course some of these ideas are also possible with other characters but I think its more fun to show with gohan so thats why ive done it with him more specifically.

Although it effects every character I think no doubt I think gohan is a good character that you can see a pretty clear problem with the game. In this whole having a system where instead of just having a tech buffer slowly creep on you and then at 10 seconds you reach the point of no return. Well gohan has a lot of fun links and differnt things he can do, but its like you have to pick and choose because if you do one gimmick if you will, you often dont have time to do another fun one. Thats why again I know people are super horny about all his rapid kick stuff over and over, but thats why I tried not to do just that over and over in the first video beacuse if you only do one thing its not always as fun. So I tried to just put it in there randomly. Show that you can do it, and move on. But I guess if this is what people want to see. Also lets remember I think actually competively speaking its a huge cop out because I think it will lead to the game being played in unoptimal ways. If we are to consider that the game is hectic in nature being a tag game, whos to say well my assist his half a second earlier than I thought it might have so I decided to do a completely easier combo instead of going for the best one. Because theres no way to tell from just a random assist hit and then when I hit to logically always go for the best one. Which again leads to why this is a terrible system for a game like this. We already have people games as it is that make up excuses for not being able to do "hard" things. And it makes things boring. Thats one of the reasons I stopped caring about GG I remember back in the day people complaining that my combos were fake no one could do them blah blah. I was lying when i said I could do them in real matchs. Then eventually slowly but surely some japanese could finally do some of them in real matchs and then it was like ok I guesssssssss they could be real. rolls eyes Well now we have other excuses for people to not push the game as far as it can go.

On a final note I should say the one gohan combo vs nappa I was inspired by this dudes combo. So that combo specifically credit goes to him.
