What Happened to BOSTON MARKET?!? TERRIBLE Food at Dying Chain

Boston Market was once one of the largest and fastest growing American restaurant brands out there. At their peak they had over 1,000 locations! Today they are down to just a handful, around 26 or so. The decline of Boston Market can potentially be attributed to many factors, from their expansion being too fast to Costco and other supermarkets all selling cheap rotisserie chickens now and giving them too much competition.

Still, it's surprising to see the chain fall so much, and I wonder why that has happened? Could it potentially be the food? I have fond memories eating Boston Market growing up. I remember the chicken was only okay but I absolutely loved their sides, at least when I was a kid. Today, we drove out to a Boston Market near me to try their food and see if it's how I remembered it. The first location turned out to be closed! Many Boston Markets seem to have shuttered and been evicted due to unpaid rent. We found another open location however.

The food was absolutely terrible. There may be many factors in Boston Market's decline, but the food is for sure one of them. There is now zero quality control and the food just tastes absolutely terrible. Check out this vid and see the current state of this declining and dying chain!
