Getting My Scooter Ready For Upcoming Car Cruise Events : TPR 86cc Build : Part 43 : Tuning & More

I'm getting into all sorts of things in this video. There are two upcoming car shows and I wanted to get the scooter ready for them by fixing some problems and getting the carburetor, CVT and clutch in tune as well as doing some cleaning.

I forgot to mention it in the video, but the new brake rotor did eliminate the pulsation.
