How to paint plein air

Follow along to learn some useful plein air oil painting techniques as I paint some warehouse buildings on a beautiful sunny morning. The palette I used in this urban plein air subject was: Titanium White, Ivory Black, Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Yellow Light, and Cadmium Red.
I was attracted to the strong lines leading the viewer into the background and....of course....the strong sunlight highlighting the forms. Hope you enjoy it!
