When I bought this house, it was in extremely rough shape. It was a former hoarder home that was filthy, neglected, and packed with miscellaneous junk. The owner no longer lived there, and the property was headed toward foreclosure.

Before the foreclosure could happen, the owner’s mother transferred the house into her name so it could be sold. She worked with a wholesaler, which is how I was able to purchase the property, while still making sure the original owner received the proceeds instead of losing everything.

In this video, I document the current progress of the renovation, what has been completed so far, and what still needs to be done. We are a few weeks away from completion, and once the work is finished, the plan is to place this property on the rental market.

This is real estate investing in real life. No highlights only. Just real progress, real problems, and real transformation.
