Halli hallo, all my friends in this video I want to share the homemade Mushrooms Powder recipe. In this recipe I'm not used the MSG and preservative ingredients. As usual, the ingredients are simple to get and the process is also simple. After cool down the product, please to store in close container than put in refrigerator. Please see the video from beginning to end, than you can success to make the homemade Mushrooms Powder (kaldu jamur bubuk atau penyedap jamur homemade).
Ingredients :
500 gr Champignons Mushrooms (or another mushrooms you like)
150 gr Shitake Mushrooms (the weight is after soaking and squeezing)
100 gr Carrot
200 gr Onion
70 gr Celery
50 gr green onion
50 gr Garlic
5 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2-3 tbsp Soja Sauce
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)

Bahan-Bahan :
500 gr Jamur (Jamur tiram atau sesuai selera, saya memakai jamur Champignons)
150 gr jamur Shitake (berat setelah direndam air dan diperas)
100 gr Wortel
200 gr Bawang Bombay
70 gr Seledri
50 gr Bawang daun
50 gr bawang putih
5 sdm Gula
3 sdm Garam
2 sdm Saus Tiram
2-3 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm bawang putih bubuk (optional)
