Formula 1 Manager 2022 - Part 4 - Getting Race 3 Underway . . .

. . . The car is still really struggling for pace as you would expect - but at least they have a new chassis and suspension to work with . . . And until I get the Design Dept upgraded - I can still only manage 2 designs at a time - which is slow. Next to arrive will be new Front Wings & an Underfloor . . . Wings - or "a" Wing possibly by the next race depending upon the manufacture time of it after its design is completed - and then we'll jump onto the Rear Wing design stage . . .

From my earlier play through a year or so ago - I can remember that it took almost until 1/2 way into 3/4 way through this first race season for things to begin to happen for the team. Getting into Q3 - and even a Q2 at least once maybe? And getting top 10 finishes here and there, too. Whereas the 2nd season became even better race wise . . .
