Despite having children, she battled depression, self-hatred, and even endured a mental breakdown. She lost everything—jobs, her children, and her dignity. Yet through it all, she felt the pull of God’s grace, even when she resisted it.

A turning point came when she reluctantly attended church with her husband, Eric, and encountered the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. Through discipleship and inner healing classes, Sheila slowly began trusting God again, brick by brick, layer by layer. She let go of shame, forgave herself and others, and surrendered fully.

Tragedy struck again in 2020 when her son—who battled meth addiction and diabetes—was hospitalized and eventually passed away. Despite the pain, Sheila clung to her faith and found peace knowing he died saved and sober. She recounts God’s healing in her own life from blood and breast cancer, and how He restored her joy and purpose.
