The course is aimed at those who need to have a basic but solid knowledge of event management in their work, either as an employee or a freelancer and differs from other event management courses in 2 points:

1. We strongly emphasize the elaboration and structure of a concept - the base of a pitch, the base of work in the 3 phases and the base of success of an exceptional and unique event. In my experience, everyone knows what it is about when they talk about it, but when it comes to getting things done, it´s not all that clear ...
2. And the 2nd point is the creativity of an idea behind any successful event. Because the same way the Concept is the basis of the event, the creative idea is the basis of the concept. Creativity in project management can be enhanced, you have to know how to be creative by pushing a button. It is not the same to retire meditating, waiting for the muse and to sit in an open office in a company and have a deadline next Monday.

All this in order to learn how to manage an event before - during and after. From planning to evaluation.
