Key stuck in either the on or ACC position and could not turn to the off position in order to pull key out. The issue most likely is something keeping the micro switch from moving in the automatic gear shifter. In my case it was two tiny pieces of plastic which ended up being a quick 5 minute and no cost fix. Hope this helps if you have the same issue.
